Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim Finance Manager to Fouriertransform. Fouriertransform has since 2009 invested in Swedish companies in the manufacturing industry. Since 2017, they are a subsidiary of the state-owned venture capital company Saminvest.
In the role of Interim Finance Manager, you will support the management and perform budget follow-ups and reconciliations with the board. You will report to the Group CFO.
Main duties:
- Additional investments.
- Administration and contract management.
- Quarterly group reporting.
- Responsible for the legal financial statements of Fouriertransform.
- Ongoing accounting.
- Independent accounting work with a support function present.
- Budget follow-ups and reconciliations with the Board.
- Responsible for managing two payrolls.
Who we are looking for:
- You have recent experience in a similar role.
- You have good experience with Excel.
- You are independent in your accounting work.
- You have breadth of experience and strong operational skills.
- A financial background is an advantage.
