Interim Chief Financial Officer

The role of Finance Manager is responsible for managing people and processes while working closely with the business on budget and follow-up. The role focuses on leadership and you are the head of a finance function consisting of seven people based in the office in Karlstad. You will be part of the company's management team and act as a sounding board to the company's CEO.

Main duties: 

• Overall responsibility for financial activities.
• Controlling, monitoring and analyzing activities.
• Annual accounts and income tax to the tax authorities and other statutory reporting.
• Consolidation of monthly reporting to the Group under IFRS.
• Cash flow.
• Review and manage standard cost activities.
• Manage inventory and provide analysis
• Representing the company in trade union negotiations

Who we are looking for: 

• You have a degree in business administration.
• You have held the role of Chief Financial Officer in the near past.
• You have good experience working in Excel
• You have a good command of English.
• Experience with SAP would be an advantage.
• You are a driven and self-motivated person who is driven to improve and develop processes.

About the process:

We present candidates on an ongoing basis and hold interviews at the client during the next week (week 38). The assignment starts immediately and is expected to last for six months.
