Interim Search has been commissioned to recruit an interim Finance Manager for the wellness company Actic to supplement the existing CFO during a very busy period.
Actic is a leading health and fitness chain with 168 facilities and over 230,000 members across Sweden, Norway, Finland, Germany, and Austria. Sweden is the single largest market. Actic is currently in a very work-intensive period and the CFO needs support in their daily tasks in order to devote more time to specific projects. The assignment is to be the CFO's right-hand man for at least 3 months over the annual accounts in February, with the possibility of extension.
To be eligible for the position, you should have been a CFO in a company of similar size and geographical spread. Experience from the industry (or related fields) is an advantage. The assignment consists of leading and distributing the daily work in the finance function based on the CFO's directives and requests, and being operationally active in problem solving, reports, and financial statements. As a person, you must thrive in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to handle unexpected challenges. You are analytical, meticulous, and thrive in the role of second in command.
