Interim Director of IT

Main duties:

• Manage and develop the IT organization (team of 10 people) through clear leadership, structure and skills development.
• Implement and execute a long-term IT strategy in line with the business, security and growth objectives of the organization.
• Responsible for IT budget, investments and management of external suppliers and consultants.
• Ensuring IT governance, including information security, cybersecurity, compliance and risk management
• Drive improvement and optimization initiatives in IT, ERP, infrastructure and business critical systems.
• Be a strategic and operational partner to Group Management and the CEO, and represent IT in steering groups and international contexts.

To be eligible for the role:

• Solid experience in senior IT leadership roles in complex and preferably regulated environments.
• Proven experience in IT strategy, change management and budget responsibility.
• Good understanding of cybersecurity, risk management and compliance.
• Experience in leading fast-paced and growing teams, with a strong focus on both people and results.
• Good understanding of ERP and business critical systems (no deep system expertise required).
• Very good communication skills in Swedish and English, and used to working closely with management and operations.

About the process:
