Interim Customer Service Manager

The Customer Service Manager is responsible for the support function with 30 young employees and the tasks include support in different phases towards different customer groups in the areas of customer service, billing, receivables, digital service, customer dialog, complaints and other customer issues.

In the role of Interim Customer Service Manager you will be responsible for:

• Managing and developing people
• Increase the efficiency of the group
• Responsible for response times and resolution rates
• Responsible for creating the onboarding process of new employees
• Broaden customer service expertise to include two additional service areas
• Identifying areas for improvement and developing action plans with direct implementation
• Ensure that the group has the right information from external parties to provide accurate answers
• Moving the department from reactive to proactive response and advice
• Be part of the team and do what needs to be done
• Creating space for proactive work
• Develop and manage customer dialogues
• Contact with internal and external stakeholders

To be eligible for the assignment:

• Have you had a similar role in the recent past as a manager of a younger group in a support, customer service or sales organization.
• Experience in entrepreneurial fast-growing companies
• Experience in engineering, telecom or similar industry
• Has experience in human resources management and finds leadership stimulating
• Are you action-oriented, unpretentious and driven with a strong commitment
• Good ability to drive and inspire change
