Interim Customer Service Manager
Interim Search has been commissioned to recruit a customer center manager for Vafab Miljö, which is a municipal association formed by the municipalities in Västmanland and Heby and Enköping municipalities. VafabMiljö works with long-term sustainable waste management.
Customer Service is a relatively new unit that deals with customer issues, primarily linked to the municipal mission. It includes communication with all household customers in the region. Customer service consists of about 10 employees and is divided into a front and a back office. Customer service also handles official decisions linked to the municipal responsibility for waste management.
Your role will be to lead, manage and plan the work together with your colleagues. You will also participate in development work. The main activities include:
- Service to our customers by phone, letter and email.
- Receive subscription orders, handle fault reports
- Answer questions about our services, prices, invoices and recycling.
- Order management and invoicing.
To be considered for this role, you should have experience in a similar position and be passionate about providing excellent service to both internal and external customers. You should have a relevant academic education in the field of customer service or other education combined with solid, documented work experience. It is essential that you are a confident and communicative leader who enjoys challenges.
