Interim Chief Operating Officer
Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim COO for an established manufacturing company in Småland.
In the role of interim COO, you will be responsible for managing and developing two manufacturing facilities as well as one of the company’s production units. You will play a key role in actively identifying, developing, and implementing processes and work methods to optimize production.
The position involves personnel management and team development for a group consisting of a manager, four production supervisors, and two specialists. You will be a member of the management team, have budget responsibility, and report directly to the CEO.
To be eligible for the role, you have:
- Extensive experience in production in a leadership role, preferably as a consultant
- A solid knowledge and understanding of LEAN
- A humble approach and a habit of implementing fact-based decisions
- A structured and proactive approach that promotes business development
About the process:
