Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim Controller on a part-time basis to a tech group in startup phase. The group consists of 60 people in total and has its headquarters in Stockholm.
In the role of Interim Controller, you will join an expansive company with a high growth rate and constant development of the business. In total, the group consists of three companies.
Main duties:
- Active support of the ongoing work of the finance function
- Monthly reconciliation of the results and balance sheets of four companies
- Monthly follow-up of expenses and card accounting in three companies
- Compile comparison against budgeted costs and revenues monthly
- Assist with cash flow analysis and present figures and forecast to management
- Setting the plan for budget and growth forecast
To be considered for the role, you will have experience as an accountant or CFO in a small, fast-moving company. You are used to presenting figures and cash flow analyses in an educational way. As the client company is in growth, we would like to see that you have documented experience of managing companies that do not have all processes in place and as a person possess a strong operational ability.
About the process:
The assignment starts immediately and lasts throughout the year. The role is part-time with an occupancy rate of 25 percent.
