Interim Construction Manager/Project Manager
Interim Search has been entrusted with the appointment of an Interim Construction Manager / Project Manager for a technology-intensive industrial company located in Stockholm Norrort.
Main duties:
- Lead the design department and drive projects from concept to final solution, focusing on quality, time and cost. Ensure efficient design and documentation in line with technical requirements, customer specifications and internal processes.
- Project manage cross-functional development projects in close cooperation with production, purchasing and sales.
- Work operationally in CAD environment, Inventor and Vault.
- Contribute to standardization, improved workflows and development of design methodology.
- Monitor the technical and commercial performance of projects and report to the management team.
To be eligible for the role:
- You have very good knowledge of Autodesk Inventor and experience working with Vault.
- You are used to running complex technology projects with responsibility for resources, budget and customer contact.
- You have good interpersonal skills and thrive in a managerial and operational environment.
- You are structured, tech-savvy and confident in making decisions under pressure.
- You are fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English.
- A degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent is required.
About the process: The scope of the assignment is full-time and the duration of the assignment is 6 months starting as soon as possible.
