Interim Head of Construction

The Group is spinning off part of the existing business and forming a new subsidiary that will be led by a newly appointed CEO. The company is currently established in several locations around Dalarna and further establishments are being evaluated. In order to further streamline deliveries, a new construction department is now being formed and here a driven construction manager is needed who wants to be involved in developing the business. The role is directly reporting to the CEO.

Main duties:

• Own design work in the department
• Development of design department processes and tools
• Management team work together with CEO and Site Managers
• Personnel responsibilities including salary setting for 6 people
• Be involved in the geographical expansion

To be considered for the role, you must

• Civil engineer and at least 5 years of relevant experience
• Extensive experience in calculations
• Interest in business development and growth
• Result and cooperation oriented
• Innovative and creative personality
• Interested in own career development

About the process:

The assignment is full-time and is expected to last approximately 3 - 4 months, starting as soon as possible. This assignment is considered as a hire purchase, where the consultancy assignment turns into an employment after the end of the assignment period.
