Interim Comp & Ben Specialist
Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an Interim Comp & Ben Specialist to a global service organization with headquarters in Stockholm City.
As an interim Comp & Ben Specialist, you will be part of a close-knit team and provide operational support to the global organization, managers and HR professionals and colleagues, within Compensation & Benefits and Global Mobility. You will also drive the work with salary mapping and salary review.
To be eligible for the role:
- Many years of experience in compensation & benefits and global mobility in an international business
- Experience in salary mapping and salary review
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- You are a confident and solution-focused team player and a strong communicator
About the process
The assignment is full-time (but also part-time at 60-100% can work) and is expected to last at least 6 months. Start of the assignment as soon as possible.
