Interim Head of Communications
Interim Search has been entrusted with the appointment of an interim Communications Manager for an industrial company in Gothenburg.
In the role of Interim Head of Communications, you will join a major industrial company that is in an exciting phase. You will be a support to the management team and a close sounding board to the CEO. You will report to the CEO.
Main duties:
- Responsible for all internal and external communication
- You are the press contact and responsible for crisis communication when needed
- Overall responsibility for communication and coordination of processes
- Support to the management team and a close sounding board to the CEO
- Responsible contact with writing/media agencies
- Project management and involvement in small and large upcoming development and change projects and workshops
To be eligible for the role, you have:
- You have a formal education in Communication or similar
- Many years of experience in internal and external communication
- Strategic experience and strategic management communication and organizational development
- Broad experience as a communicator and as a client of agency services
- Good writing skills and can convey information and emotions
- You are communicative and direct, build good relationships and have the ability to convince others around you
- You are an unpretentious doer who is used to working with highs and lows, big and small.
- It would be an advantage if you have experience with LEAN systems
