Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint a communications strategist and editor of the staff magazine in a listed industrial company. Location is at the head office in central Stockholm.
Your mission will be to carry out a relatively comprehensive communication strategy project with the aim of understanding how the company should better align both its external and internal communication in terms of channels, audiences and messages. In addition, you will be the editor of the group's quarterly staff magazine.
The main tasks are:
- Launch, manage and implement a project to analyze the group's current communication and make recommendations for changes in channel choice, targeting and messaging
- Lead and support the group's editorial work on the staff magazine
- Provide strategic communication support to the Director of Communications
- Responsible for the production of videos, print and digital channels
- Writing and quality assurance of communication materials
- Monitor branding issues
- Participate in crisis communication where appropriate
To be considered for this position, you should have a university degree in journalism or communication, 5-10 years of experience working at a similar level in this field and be a self-motivated and driven project manager with high integrity.
Very good language skills in Swedish and English, experience with modern publishing tools and editorial work and a creative approach are also important.
The assignment starts on December 1 and lasts 6 months.
