Interim Head of Commercial Insights

As a Commercial Insights Lead, you’ll play a key role in transforming complex data into clear, actionable business insights. You will be responsible for building and developing reporting and dashboard infrastructure in Power BI, as well as serving as a strategic insights partner to commercial and brand management teams.

Main duties:

• Build, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for commercial performance, brands, and categories.

• Consolidate and organize data from internal and external sources into user-friendly reporting solutions.

• Work with Power Query and data transformation, and ensure high data quality.

• Extract, organize, and utilize data from Dynamics 365 (D365) for reporting and analysis.

• Automation efforts and scalable solutions to reduce manual data processing.

• Analyze complex datasets, identify trends and drivers, and translate these into business value.

• Support the Brand and Commercial teams with category, customer, and portfolio insights in preparation for client meetings and Joint Business Plans (JBP).

To be eligible for the role:

• Exceptional analytical skills and proven experience in data-driven work.

• Hands-on experience building dashboards in Power BI and a strong knowledge of Power Query.

• Experience consolidating data from multiple sources and datasets.

• Experience working with ERP data from Dynamics 365 (D365).

• Excellent knowledge of Excel and data analysis.

• Commercial mindset with the ability to link data to business results and growth.

• Experience in FMCG, retail/grocery, or pharmacies/OTC is a plus.

About the process

The position is for 100%, starting in early December and expected to last approximately 6 months. We will present candidates on Monday, October 12, and client interviews will be conducted immediately afterward.
