Interim Chief Marketing Officer

Main responsibilities

• Lead and coach the marketing department to ensure a high strategic and operational level.
• Drive conversion efforts and optimize the customer experience in digital channels (e-commerce).
• Develop and modernize the marketing strategy in line with the company's growth and changes in the industry.
• Ensure balance between brand-driven marketing.

To be eligible for the role:

• Do you have solid experience as a CMO or marketing director in consumer business with a strong digital presence?.
• Do you have a deep understanding of e-commerce and conversion-driving initiatives?.
• Do you have documented experience of leading and developing teams in a growth environment?.
• Do you have a humble, confident, and results-oriented approach with the ability to quickly generate momentum?.

The assignment will start immediately and is expected to last for four months at 80%.
