Interim Chief Commercial Officer
Interim Search has been commissioned to recruit an Interim Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) for a medium-sized fintech company.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading and developing the company's commercial strategy. The focus is on driving revenue and profitability.
Main duties:
- Define and implement sales and marketing strategies in line with business objectives.
- Lead the commercial team.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with partners and customers.
- Monitor market trends, assess the competitive landscape, and identify new growth opportunities.
To be eligible for the role, you have/are:
- Extensive experience in commercial leadership roles at fintech companies.
- A proven track record of success in a similar role.
- Experience with international organizations.
- A confident leader with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with publicly traded companies is a plus.
About the process:
This is a full-time position that will begin immediately and is expected to last at least 6 months. The position is based at the client company’s headquarters in Stockholm. We will present candidates on an ongoing basis, and interviews with the client company will take place shortly thereafter.
