Interim CFO, Stockholm

In this exciting assignment, as interim CFO, you will have overall responsibility for the finance function in the company and the legal department. You will have 5 direct reports and total responsibility for a team of 25 employees.

Main duties:

• You have all contact and responsibility with, among others, auditors, banks, insurance companies and shareholders.
• You will attend all regular Board meetings and be responsible for reporting on your areas of responsibility.
• Overall responsibility, together with the CEO and the Board, to initiate and drive your areas of responsibility and actively participate in strategy work.
• You will be involved in all strategic planning and will be responsible for all accounting, finance, legal and digital developments within the company.

Who we are looking for:

• You are a business-driven CFO who has good experience working on similar tasks.
• You have driven change at a fast and accelerating pace.
• You have experience in managing objectives and driving through others.
• Experience and track record of similar assignments.
• You have experience B2C market.
• Experience in retail/FMCG would be an advantage.

About the process:

The mission is expected to last until 31/12 2021, starting as soon as possible, but no later than July 1.
We will present candidates on June 21 at 16.00 and interviews with the client company will take place on Tuesday, June 22.
