Interim Chief Financial Officer

Main tasks and responsibilities;

•  Build up a functioning CFO organization for a new founded company which is aimed to be sold at the market
• Support carve-out process from existing company to new company
• Play a vital role in the transaction process
• Provide leadership, management and direction of the controlling, finance and accounting teams
• Make strategic recommendations to CEO/VP/Management team/Investor relations

To be eligible for the role;

• Relevant academic educational background
• Experienced CFO profile used to working in an international environment preferably within the energy sector
• Experience of M&A, transactions, investor relations
• Strong leadership qualities
• Senior personality
