Interim Chief Financial Officer
Interim Search har fått uppdrag att tillsätta en interim CFO till ett börsnoterat företag i Malmö.
Till rollen som interim CFO söker vi kandidater med CFO erfarenhet från internationell verksamhet i noterat bolag. Rollen rapporterar direkt till CEO och leder ett mindre finansteam.
Main duties:
- Finansiell rapportering till ledning, styrelse och fondbörs.
- Short and long-term financial planning.
- Treasury, cash management och working capital.
- Business development and business support.
- Drive and ensure operational excellence and cost control.
- Utveckling och implementering och av finansrelaterad IT på koncernnivå.
- Aktiv i företagets M & A’s.
- Presentations and participation in the board and management team.
Who we are looking for:
- Erfarenhet från liknande roll i närtid.
- Stark inom financial controlling.
- Solid understanding of accounting/consolidation, tax management, treasury and cash flow management.
- Erfarenhet av bolagsstyrning och effektiv kommunikation till styrelse, aktieägare/investerare.
- Erfarenhet från att effektivt driva M & A’s och integrationsprojekt.
