Interim Chief Financial Officer
Interim Search has been entrusted to appoint an interim CFO to a listed growth and tech company in e-commerce. You are part of the management team and report to the CEO.
Main duties:
- You will be an active support to the CEO and the management team.
- You will be responsible for, manage and run the finance department as well as legal and IR of about 13 people.
- You will be responsible for monitoring the company's financial position on an ongoing basis.
- You will be responsible for reporting to the CEO and the Board.
- You are expected to proactively analyze and manage all financial decisions.
- You participate in management team meetings.
- You are responsible for dialogues and materials for investors.

- You are a business-driven CFO with a commercial focus.
- You have committed leadership and passion for your mission.
- You have a good understanding of financial matters and are used to taking and having great financial responsibility.
- You have experience in listed companies with good knowledge of regulation.
- Your leadership is inclusive and based on trust but is not afraid to follow up, question and take decisions at short notice.
- You have experience in growth companies.
- Experience from tech companies and e-commerce is an advantage.
- An MBA is an advantage.
- You have a relevant academic degree.
About the process:
Assignment starts October 1 and is expected to last 8 months. We present candidates on an ongoing basis and interviews with the client company take place the following day.
