Interim Chief Financial Officer
Interim Search has been commissioned to recruit an Interim CFO for a well-established and innovative industrial group with offices in Europe, Asia, China, and the United States.
In the role of interim CFO, you will work closely with the company's CEO.
Main duties:
- Be responsible for financing matters and for independently drafting, negotiating, and following up on comprehensive financial agreements, including project financing, acquisition financing, and recapitalization.
- Lead the company's finance and accounting functions, processes, and systems.
- Carry out financial planning, reporting, and the implementation of necessary business and reporting systems
- Conduct financial monitoring and analysis, cash flow management, and KPI tracking.
- Attend board meetings, prepare board materials, and report the results to the board.
- Be responsible for IT matters within the company, with a focus on the NAV business system and its further implementation in the U.S. and Asia.
Who we are looking for:
- Solid experience in the finance department within the manufacturing industry.
- Experience in managing bank relationships, cash flow, bookkeeping, consolidated financial reporting, and acquisitions.
- Experience working in small or medium-sized organizations without extensive support structures.
- Previous experience working at companies owned by private equity or venture capital firms is a plus.
- Experience implementing a new ERP system across various units is a plus.
- Has international experience and is fluent in spoken and written English.
- We would prefer that you have a university degree in economics, preferably with a specialization in accounting and finance.
About the process:
The assignment is expected to begin as soon as possible, no later than May 15, and will last for 6 months, with the possibility of an extension. We will be presenting candidates on an ongoing basis, and interviews at the client company will begin on Friday, May 4.
