Interim Chief Financial Officer
Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim CFO to an international tech company with financial challenges. The company is listed on the stock exchange.
Main duties:
- Ensure financial reports and accounts are created with both internal and external support.
- Contribute to the evaluation of new business opportunities, investments and projects.
- Compliance, including insider trading.
- Management of transaction processes, both fundraising and M&A.
- Publication of stock exchange announcements.
- Administer and monitor the company's stock option plans.
- Other administrative tasks.
- Supervise experienced and independent accountant/financial controller.
To be eligible for the role:
- Experience as CFO in small companies on the stock exchange.
- Experience in managing internal and external staff.
- Experience in decentralized company structures, with several branches in different countries is an advantage.
- Fluent in English, spoken and written.
