Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an Interim CFO to a Swedish SaaS company with a turnover of approximately SEK 400 million and 300 employees.
Responsibilities:
- Lead integration and align on system and processes in the different company structures
- Lead new transfer pricing model for the Group
- Support the team to use tools, partners and methodology to streamline processes.
- Support the M&A activity with analysis and integration.
- Participate and prepare for Board meetings incl required analysis
Qualifications
- International experience
- Experience from P/E owned companies
- M&A experience
- Experience from SaaS companies
About the process:
The assignment is full-time and is expected to last for about 8 months, starting February 6
