Interim Chief Financial Officer

Main duties:

• Responsibility for the company's financial management and monitoring and reporting to the owner and the Board of Directors.
• Responsibility for budget and forecasting work together with the finance team and other parts of the company's management team.
• Responsibility for the development of financial processes, financial management models, etc.
• Responsibility for group and individual development for their own teams.
• Act as a sounding board and speaking partner for the Management Group and other functions within the Group linked to Finance and Business Development.
• Lead, develop and create the right conditions for the company and managers to achieve short and long-term goals.
• Responsible for delegation regarding work environment, safety, fire, evacuation, etc.
• Staff responsibilities.
• Reports to the CEO and is part of the company's management team, as well as a group-wide finance team.
• Overall responsibility for the Production Support department with a focus on efficiency and quality.

We are looking for you:

• Who have an academic degree in economics and/or engineering.
• With solid experience in Business Controlling and strategic and operational management work.
• With experience working in a fast-growing organization.
• With experience in managing managers.
• Who is driven, structured, communicative, and finds it easy to collaborate with others.
• Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written.

About the process:

The assignment is full-time and is expected to last for 7 months starting in March/April 2022. We present candidates on an ongoing basis and interviews with the client company take place in connection with it.
