Interim Chief Financial Officer

The interim CFO will continue the development of the finance function ensuring a business-oriented function that provides data-driven, deep business insights and value adding decision support. More specifically, responsibilities include:

• Be a strong support to the CEO and leadership teams
• Support potential M&A activities and deal financing
• Secure efficient internal & external reporting
• Interactions with banks, auditors, lawyers and other external parties
• Responsibility for overall compliance and risk management
• Prepare material and present financials to the Board

We believe that you have an academic degree in finance and 10-15 years of experience building and managing finance functions or finance teams with a consistent track record of success meeting and surpassing goals. You also have a proven success record in a goal driven, highly accountable environment ideally across On-Premise and Cloud/ SaaS models or from a system integrator. You have good strategic skills and you are creative with resourceful problem-solving skills.

As a person you are a good listener and you communicate well and present in both verbal and written form. You have a proven ability to learn and quickly integrate new – and often technical – information. In addition, you have an entrepreneurial  mindset with a “willingness to go the extra mile” and “get it done” work ethic and attitude.
