Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim CFO to a retail company with approximately 365 MSEK in turnover. The company works towards a European market and has its head office in Stockholm.
Main duties:
- Responsible for finance function spread across a number of countries in the Nordics and Europe
- Ensure good certainty in profitability forecasting and budget processes
- Manage several system implementations that are in final phase
- Day-to-day accounting, reporting and annual accounts
- Reporting to the CEO as well as to the Group CFO and responsible for a finance team of 4 people
Who we are looking for:
- Experience as an operational CFO in small or medium-sized companies with a focus on accounting
- Experience with Microsoft ERP Navision /Dynamics /Central
- Experience in managing staff and allocating work
- As a person, very self-motivated and enterprising and unpretentious
About the process:
The assignment is expected to last at least 6 months with access as soon as possible. We present candidates on an ongoing basis and interviews at the client company take place in connection with this.
