Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim CFO to a fast-growing start-up company based in Stockholm. The company operates in the transportation and logistics industry.
The role as interim CFO includes classic commitments such as business controlling and reporting to the management team and board. In addition, your task is to raise capital and be a driving force in a long-term financing solution for an upcoming b-round.
In this role, you will have direct staff responsibility for a team of three people consisting of the Accounting Manager, the Finance Manager and a Junior Controller. You will act as a key player in the company's management team of eight people. The client company is experiencing strong growth and is currently recruiting a number of new employees to build a long-term successful growth journey.
To be relevant for the role, you have experience as a CFO in larger companies, preferably in an international environment. As a person, you are a pronounced team player and a good leader with strong operational ability.
