Interim Chief Financial Officer
Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim CFO for a Nordic retail company.
Main Job Responsibilities.
- Lead a financial team consisting of three finance managers in Europe and a business controller who reports directly to me
- Member of the executive team and reports to the CEO
- Be responsible for corporate governance and ensure compliance with it within the Group
- Develop strategic recommendations for the CEO
- Setting long-term goals and related financial activities
- Prepare the consolidated financial statements
- Be responsible for financing and maintaining relationships with financial institutions
- Be responsible for the budget, forecasts, and reporting
- Cash Management and Cash Flow Analysis
- Presentations to the board of directors and other stakeholders, in consultation with the CEO
- Internal Control of VAT and Tax-Related Matters
We are looking for someone who has previously worked as an interim CFO and has proven experience working in global organizations. You are driven, business-oriented, and possess strong leadership skills.
