Interim Chief Financial Officer

As CFO of 2Secure, you are part of the change journey that has begun. You have your strengths in forcefully leading change and driving through what is needed to create results and increased efficiency in the company and develop the right support systems and tools for this. The emphasis is on the following responsibilities:

• Change management
• Strategic business planning
• Analysis and controlling
• IT support for business processes
• Financial management

But you also have the main responsibility for ensuring that the finance function does the following:

• Correct handling of accounts and taxes
• Prepare financial statements and annual accounts with legal compliance
• Drive and develop ways of working and processes for better efficiency
• Running budget and forecasting processes and reporting
• Development of company-wide reporting

You are a person who is used to managing and supporting change work at a strategic level with a sense of the business and who, with good knowledge of analysis and controlling, can help to develop and drive through the right way of working for the company and support and drive the business area managers in the right direction. You are a driven leader, used to delivering against high standards and with a solid experience of management work, not least in terms of cooperation with the CEO and the Board.
