Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim CFO for Förpacknings- och Tidningsinsamlingen, FTI. They are now developing the future of recycling. Do you want to be part of it?
You will be part of the management team and as interim CFO you will work in close collaboration with the company's management team and CEO.
FTI is responsible for more than 5,000 recycling stations across the country, providing 1.6 million households with the opportunity to recycle at home. They are owned by the producers who pay for the collection. They are just over 50 employees and are located in pleasant premises in Solna Business Park.
Overall responsibility in four companies for:
- Management of the companies' finance and accounting function, processes and systems. The department consists of an accounting manager, an accountant, a controller and a financial assistant
- Management of corporate IT department with 2 employees + consultant
- Participation in the preparation of monthly financial statements and monthly management and board reporting
- Participate and be responsible for finance-related issues in board meetings and prepare board materials for 4 companies
- Forecast and budget process, business plan and operational plan
- Ongoing dialog with heads of department and staff on financial outcomes, forecasts of volumes, revenues, costs and other activities
Who we are looking for:
- You are an experienced senior leader with experience as CFO/Chief Financial Officer in companies with a turnover of more than 800 MSEK
- You handle stress and occasional heavy workloads well, have good teamwork skills, a good sense of business.
- You are used to management work and board meetings
- Experience in raising finance
- Experience from board
- Experience in moving ERP - business systems
- Experience with Agresso and Monitor is an advantage
- Business degree or equivalent
About the process:
We present candidates 24/9 and hold interviews at client 25/9 and 26/9. The assignment starts in October with 2-3 days/week with the possibility of leave at Christmas. The assignment will transition to 100 % from January and last until June 2019.
