Interim Chief Financial Officer
Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim CFO to an international listed company. The company is in an extensive phase of change where you are expected to be involved in building the company together with the CEO and the rest of the management team after a restructuring.
Main duties:

Lead efforts to turn around strained liquidity, streamline business areas, ensure focus on core business and production from a financial perspective

Act as a bridge between Swedish and Nordic main shareholders and manage the ongoing communication with the board, banks and shareholders.

Lead and elevate the existing finance team of about 5 people (including the Accounting Manager) and be responsible for the Supply Chain organization reporting to the CFO.

Establish and quality assure processes and structures for financial reporting and consolidation, including international subsidiaries.

Responsible for contract management and financing solutions and evaluation of strategic investments in a changing environment.
To be eligible for the role:

You have solid experience of and familiarity with K3, IFRS and confident with regulations for listed companies.

You are confident in dialoguing with both boards and capital market parties.

You have international experience and are used to dealing with foreign subsidiaries and consolidation issues.

You are a calm and stable leader who can handle stress, be close to the team and create peace of mind in a changing organization.

You are proactive and have previous experience in building or changing management structures and processes
