Interim Chief Financial Officer

Main duties:

You will be responsible for the group's financial reporting, including monthly reporting to the Board, annual reports for group, holding and real estate companies, and the group's transfer pricing documentation.

You will lead the liaison with the main auditor and be responsible for the procurement of audit work and participate in audit reviews of major subsidiaries.

An important part of the role is to plan and monitor liquidity within the group, including capitalization, dividends and group contributions.

You will be responsible for the Group's banking relations and negotiations for loans and credits in the Nordic region.

You will also manage group insurance policies - both property and product liability - in close dialogue with insurance companies and brokers, including follow-up of action programs in subsidiaries.

The role also includes strategic work on structural issues, e.g. due diligence in connection with the purchase or sale of companies, as well as contacts with external advisors, including lawyers in Sweden, China and France.

You prepare and participate in board meetings both at group and subsidiary level.

To be eligible for the role:

We are looking for you with solid experience as CFO in an international group structure, preferably in the industrial sector.

You have a very good understanding of group accounting, treasury management and financing, as well as experience working with transfer pricing and auditing.

You are confident in dealing with boards and external parties such as auditors, banks and lawyers, and used to advising on strategic decisions.

You are structured, meticulous and have strong communication skills - both verbal and written, in Swedish and English.

You have a relevant academic degree in economics and are used to working with complex group structures.
