Interim Chief Financial Officer
Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim CFO for a corporate group in Dalarna with annual revenue exceeding 1.5 billion.
Our client is facing an exciting future with strong growth, both organically and through acquisitions. We are now seeking an Interim CFO who wants to take a leading role in supporting the organization during a period of change, while a permanent hire is being made. The role requires on-site presence at least three days a week. To facilitate your work, Interim Search offers furnished housing near the client’s office.
Main duties
- Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Reporting (K3)
- Development of the Group's reporting structure
- Development of Budgeting and Forecasting Processes
- Analysis and Financial Management
- Active participation in acquisition processes
- Risk Management and Internal Control
- Development of Policy Documents
Who we are looking for
- At least 10 years of experience as a CFO or finance manager
- Extensive experience with acquisition processes
- IT and System Proficiency
- Academic degree in economics
- Ability to be on site at least 3 days a week
About the process
