Interim Chief Financial Officer

Main responsibilities:

• Identify and implement changes within the finance function and systems environment.
• Be part of the management team, lead the accounting function and collaborate with a controller team.
• Report financial performance and status to management and the Board.
• Ensure effective financial management.
• Report to the CEO.

To be eligible for the role:

• Several years of experience in a similar role, CFO or Finance Manager.
• Experience in board work.
• Confident in your role as a leader.
• Previously involved in an organizational change.
• Experience in a similar position in international companies.
• Background in accounting with experience in controlling.
• Experience in service activities or consultancy is an advantage.

About the process:

The assignment is expected to last full time (100%) for approximately 7 months starting August 26. Location in Stockholm.

We present candidates in week 32 and interviews with the client company take place in connection with that.
