Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim CFO to a listed company in transformation with a turnover of several billion, based in Stockholm.
In the role of interim CFO, you will be a business-critical role in development-oriented transformation, where you are expected to take great responsibility in leading and developing the finance function, acting as a sounding board to the CEO and it is crucial that you ensure a successful ERP implementation.
Main duties:
- Sounding board for the CEO on strategy and organizational development.
- Present leadership of finance function with multiple staff.
- Responsible for the implementation of ERP systems.
- Be responsible for funding issues.
To be eligible for the role:
- Experience from similar assignments/employment in the near future.
- Several years of experience as CFO in a listed company with a turnover of several billion, preferably both as an employee and interim consultant.
- Experience in being responsible for ERP implementation.
- Very good leadership and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
