Interim Chief Executive Officer

In the role of Interim CEO/VD, you will be a key person at the company and be part of the management team and report directly to the company's owner and board. For the assignment, we need an experienced CEO / CEO who challenges the current situation and implements the change that the company's board has decided. The role requires a highly strategic and decisive person with proven experience in brand positioning, pricing strategies, M&A, organizational change and profitability management.

Main duties:

• Reviewing the company's market position and implementing a new future direction.
• Challenge and evaluate the existing organizational structure and management team.
• Evaluate and make a strategic shift in brand portfolio and pricing strategies.

We are looking for you who have/are: 

• At least 10-15 years of experience in structural change management.
• Proven track record as CEO/VD in international organizations.
• Experience in moving brands and company positioning in a Nordic and international market.
• Is an unpretentious and inclusive manager who has the ability to get teams to work together towards set goals.
• Strong experience of organizational change processes where the interests of the company's owners and board are safeguarded and implemented.
• Experience in company mergers and/or merging business systems is an advantage.
• You have a master's degree in economics or another academic background appropriate to the role.

About the assignment

The assignment starts immediately, is full-time and is expected to last approximately 12 months. The position is located at the office in Stockholm or Södertälje.
