Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim CEO to a growth company in Östergötland with a turnover of approximately SEK 100 million. The company has recently been given a new board of directors with the task of preparing the company for sale or IPO.
Main duties
- Responsible, together with the new board, for analyzing the company's operations and developing a new business plan with the aim of developing the company, increasing revenue and profit.
- ensuring that the decisions of the Governing Board are implemented in accordance with its instructions.
- Develop goals, strategies and action plans and communicate them clearly so that everyone is working towards the same goal.
- Develop the company culture to maintain and strengthen the team spirit.
- Create long-term and good relationships with owners and customers.
To be considered for the role, you will have
- Successful proven experience of at least one similar growth journey in an owner-managed company.
- Strong ability to organize efficiently and quickly, delegate responsibilities and solve problems and communicate clearly.
- As a person, you are unpretentious and see it as a matter of course to be an active selling CEO and participate in customer visits and fairs.
- A private situation that allows a lot of work even during the summer.
