Interim CEO
Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim CEO for Mini Rodini, one of Scandinavia's fastest growing children's brands. The company is privately owned, has a turnover of SEK 177 million and has offices on Södermalm in Stockholm.
Mini Rodini's vision is to make it easy for parents to buy better products for their children, in terms of design, ethics and social responsibility. Since its inception, the company has grown significantly and is in a phase of organizing itself for continued international expansion. As Interim CEO, you will be accountable to the Board of Directors and responsible for coaching and leading nine managers and 64 employees towards the company's goals and vision, in line with the brand's values.
Responsibilities as interim CEO:
- Listen to the board and owners' agenda in order to create security and goals in the organization.
- Be responsible for strengthening the internal culture and cooperation.
- Ability to lead the talent management process for critical positions.
- Developing sales to wholesalers.
- Development of e-commerce and digital strategies.
- Ultimate responsibility for continued growth journey.
Who we are looking for as Interim CEO:
- Proven experience in building confidence and leading people towards goals and vision.
- You have a humble approach and are a natural leader with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to balance brand values with business acumen.
- Experience in building and strengthening corporate cultures.
- Ability to think through and anchor decisions with stakeholders before execution.
- Experience in retail, e-commerce and wholesale sales would be an advantage.
- It is an advantage if you have worked in a corporate environment where brands and fashion products are central.
About the process:
We will present candidates for Mini Rodini on Thursday, March 22. Client interviews will take place at Interim Search on Friday 23/3 between 13:00-17:00 . The assignment starts on 27/3 and lasts until August 2018 with the possibility of extension.
