Interim Chief Executive Officer
Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint a CEO to a smaller company with a turnover of approximately SEK 200 million in the construction industry to carry out a restructuring of the company. The assignment will be completed 2021-12-31.
Main duties:
- Review the company's organization and implement necessary changes.
- Work towards set corporate goals in 2021 and establish a plan for 2022.
- Ensuring the expected financial result for 2021.
- Drive change processes and strategic initiatives to completion together with the company's board.
- Take responsibility for internal ongoing projects and ensure quality in delivery.
- Active leadership in external contacts with suppliers, trade unions.
To be eligible for the role, you are:
- Experienced change leader.
- A background in construction or a related industry is an advantage.
- Commercial, business-driven, operational leader.
- Implemented several similar change missions.
- Experienced leader/CEO with experience working with or on a board.
- Academic background
About the process:
The assignment is expected to start immediately and last approximately 5 months and should be completed and implemented by December 31, 2021. The deadline for applications is August 9.
