Interim CEO
Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim CEO for a company in Västra Götaland. The company operates internationally and is headquartered in the Nordic region. You will report to the CEO.
Main duties:
- Lead the organization through change with a strong commercial focus
- Running the company in a build-up phase and under rapid development
- Manage an organization with about 60 employees.
- Drive Growth with Existing Customers
To be eligible for the role, you have:
- A technical degree, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience leading companies in an industrial setting as a CEO
- Experience from entrepreneurial companies with active and driving owners
- Experience leading during times of change
About the process:
The assignment is expected to last 9 months, with an estimated start date no later than May 12. We will present candidates on April 28, and interviews at the client company will take place the following day.
