Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim CCO for a fintech company in Stockholm. As CCO, you will act as the CEO's right hand and, among other things, be responsible for the Enterprise sales team while being a key player in the company's transformation journey.
Main duties:
- Act as a sparring partner to the CEO in both strategic and operational matters.
- Be responsible for the Enterprise Sales team.
- Drive and develop sales efforts according to the company's business concept and strategic plan.
- Be part of the management team and participate in the central development of common systems, partnerships, strategies and processes.
To be eligible for the role:
- Experience working in fintech (strongly preferred, not required).
- Experience working with large complex deals in B2C.
- University degree in economics with management experience in a similar position.
- You are businesslike, self-driven, results-oriented and clear in your communication.
