Interim Chief Commercial Officer

Main duties:

• Leading the commercial team of 10 people.
• Ensure progress on the commercial plan and the projects in the 2024 plan.
• Update of relevant parts of the business plan for the period 2025-2027 linked to the company's
  commercial agenda.
• Projects run by the CCO that need to be completed:
  o Negotiation of POS provider and system ownership.
  o Finalization of pricing project, implementation and follow-up.
  o Implementation of a new site for the business.

To be eligible for the role:

• Relevant Master's degree.
• Good leadership experience. At least 5 years of experience in a management role. The role involves
  8 direct reports including one ”Head of” role.
• Experience in leading project organization. This role involves managing several large projects
  that are ongoing at the same time and it requires efficient organization of the team.
• Experience in tactical and strategic marketing, digital
  advertising, CRM and loyalty, site and digital development, concept development.
• You have experience in a restaurant or retail environment.

About the process:

The mission will start on April 2 at 25-50% for handover and will move to 100% on April 29. The mission is expected to last approximately 9 months. Deadline for applications is March 4.
