Interim Business Controller

In the role of Interim Business Controller, you will be responsible for ensuring, analyzing, reporting, and developing financial analysis within Debt Collection.

Responsibilities in the role of Interim Business Controller:

• Create, analyze, and maintain key performance indicators for debt collection operations
• Coordinate, understand, and communicate developments in the Group's credit portfolios.
• Coordinate the budget and forecasting process.
• Monthly reporting with results, analysis, and comments together with the respective budget manager.
• Product calculations.
• Actively initiate, drive, and implement improvement projects.
• Create decision-making documentation for management on strategic issues/investments.

Who we are looking for

• You have several years of work experience from the role of Business Controller at a company operating in debt collection.
• Experience of financial management and a good understanding of finance/reporting systems from both a company and a group perspective.
• You are analytical, meticulous, and able to see both the details and the big picture. You are a critical thinker, self-motivated, highly collaborative, well-organized, and experienced in creating and driving processes.
• You have very good knowledge of Excel.

About the process

We will be presenting candidates on an ongoing basis, and interviews at the company will take place on September 19. This is a full-time position starting on September 25 and is expected to last six months until a permanent replacement is found.
