Interim Business Controller
Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim Business Controller to Runsvengruppen ÖöB AB in Skänninge.
The Runsven Group, headquartered in Skänninge, has a total of approximately 1,800 employees and annual sales of approximately SEK 4.1 billion. The company is experiencing strong growth and currently has close to 100 department stores around the country. Supply chain management, i.e., purchasing and logistics, is handled by Runsven AB. Marketing and sales are mainly handled by the ÖoB chain of stores.
In the role of interim Business Controller, you have overall responsibility for various forms of analysis. You work close to the business and assist the organization with ongoing performance monitoring and financial reporting.
Main duties:
- Analysis, monitoring and reporting
- Development of different business cases
- Close collaboration with other controllers on financial statements, budget, forecast and internal reporting
- Participation in improvement projects in the finance function
- Proactive analysis work based on continuously collected data
To be eligible for the role, you have:
- Academic degree in economics or equivalent
- Experience in the above tasks, with a background in retail would be an advantage
- Background of driving process improvements
- Good Excel and PowerPoint skills are required, with experience from Qlikview and/or IBS Enterprise a plus
- Strong analytical skills and proactive in conducting ongoing data analysis. You are also pedagogical with a good ability to communicate to employees to act on your analysis
About the process:
The assignment is expected to last 6 months with immediate start. We present candidates to the client company on an ongoing basis and the first interview date is 4/12.
