Interim Business Controller
Interim Search has been commissioned to recruit an interim Business Controller for a well-known, entrepreneurial growth company in Stockholm.
For the role of Interim Business Controller, we are seeking an experienced and business-oriented interim consultant with experience working with young, entrepreneur-driven growth companies. The role involves frequent travel to the Nordic countries.
Main duties:
- Standard controller duties
- Be part of a finance department consisting of five employees
- Work with the Nordic countries and provide support to Nordic business controllers
- Create a structure for an operations-intensive business model
- Establish a framework for analysis and outcomes
- Overall responsibility for building a framework for the Nordic region and making holistic improvements
Who we are looking for:
- You have experience establishing controlling functions in a fast-growing environment
- You have a strong ability to be proactive and hands-on before the structure is in place
- You can quickly get up to speed on new projects and have strong analytical skills
- You are familiar with Excel and have experience building financial models in the program
- As a person, you are results-driven and business-oriented
