Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim Business Controller for a listed service company in Stockholm. The company has strong growth and operates in an international market with a modern service.
As an interim Business Controller, you will be part of the company's Business Operations department. The company's culture is characterized by fast pace, strong growth with a can do attitude. The role reports to the Head of Business Operations You have an overall responsibility in terms of analysis and forecasting.
Main duties:
- Analysis deviations, forecasts and outcomes
- P&L reports
- Update rolling quarterly forecast
- Analyze and report sales & OPEX
- Define and monitor KPIs
- Support to the Head of Business Operations on ad hoc analysis
Who we are looking for:
- Approximately 5-15 years of experience in financial roles, including a number of years as Business Controller, preferably in a consulting role
- You are inspired by working in a successful company in a fast-paced environment
- Very good experience with Excel and preferably Hogia
- Good language skills in English and Swedish
About the process:
