Interim Business Controller
Interim Search has been entrusted with appointing an Interim Business Controller to an international tech company in Stockholm.
Main duties:
- Responsible for financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Produce financial analyses and data-driven decision-making support for management and business managers
- Further develop financial models
- Analyze business results, compare them with forecasts, and identify opportunities for improvement
- Actively contribute to shaping and supporting the company's overall financial direction and strategy
- Ensure that the company's financial work complies with applicable regulations and reporting requirements
To be eligible for the role:
- At least 5 years of experience as a Business Controller, preferably in a growth company
- Solid experience in data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
- Professional knowledge of English
- Strong communication skills and expert at seeing the big picture
- Analytical, business-oriented, and able to drive improvements.
- Higher education
- Experience in the following areas is an advantage Workday Adaptive or FP&A system
About the process:
The assignment starts in January, is for 100 hours, and is expected to last for approximately 6 months with good opportunities for further recruitment. Candidates will be presented on January 7.
