Interim Business Controller

In the role of Interim Business Controller, you will enter a growth phase with several acquisitions in the pipeline, where you will be crucial to quickly create structure, control and raise the quality of an entrepreneurial and fast-growing group.

Main duties:

• Operational consolidation of monthly financial statements for approximately legal entities in the Nordics and compiling simple monthly reports.
• Responsible for the collection and structuring of ESG data.
• Support and train finance staff in subsidiaries on reporting procedures and processes.
• Actively participate in and prepare input for budget processes.
• Develop and implement new reports in Excel.
• Develop and update instructions and procedures for reporting.

To be eligible for the role:

• At least 5 years of experience in Business Control.
• Experience in dynamic environments such as start-ups, scale-ups or turn-around operations.
• Very good knowledge of Excel and ability to build effective report templates.
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management. 
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Experience with systems in Aaro is an advantage.
