Interim Accounting Manager
Interim Search has been entrusted with the appointment of an interim Accounting Manager for a
exciting industrial production company in Stockholm. The role involves a broad responsibility for
accounting, international contacts and close cooperation with both internal and external
stakeholders.
In this role, you are responsible for ensuring high quality financial reporting, compliance
of local regulations and to drive improvements in accounting and
the reporting processes.
Main duties:
- Overall responsibility for accounting, financial statements and account reconciliations.
- Management of intra-group transactions and reconciliations.
- Responsibility for monthly, quarterly and annual reporting.
- Ensure tax, VAT and K3 compliance.
- Contact person for internal and external audits.
- Supporting the business in accounting and financial matters.
- Drive improvements in processes, internal controls and documentation.
- To be eligible for the role:

- At least 5 years of experience in qualified accounting, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Good knowledge in accounting, VAT and K3.
- Experience of working independently on financial statements from start to finish.
- Used to working in international environments.
- Fluent in Swedish and English.
- Experience in payroll processes is an advantage.
- Thrives in a hybrid role with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.
About the process:
