Interim Accounting Manager

Until permanent recruitment is in place, the company needs an interim manager who can drive development forward. In this assignment, you do not work operationally with bookings in the accounting system, but work on a more general level with compliance, structure and processes.

In the role of Interim Accounting Manager you are responsible for:

• Company accounts in their entirety to the consolidated financial statements and annual accounts.
• Introduction of IFRS, implementation has started.
• The development of the team of eight people with full staff responsibility
• Efficiency, quality and processes.
• Internal collaboration for the follow-up of monthly accounts.
• Valuations in investment evaluations.
• Contact with accountants and banks.
• Preparation and implementation of the audit.
• You report to the CFO.

To be eligible for the assignment:

• Have you recently held a similar role as Accounting Manager.
• Basic knowledge of group accounting (one subsidiary) and an interest in learning would be an advantage.
• Has experience in human resources management and finds leadership stimulating.
• As a person, you are fast, flexible, responsible and highly committed.

About the process:
